The Plant is fully constructed but at present there are some issues which need to be resolved before the Plant is handed over and becomes fully operational. This process has taken longer than anticipated but we do not foresee this taking too much longer. Once the handover has been completed, the Plant will begin operations and simultaneously the domestic heating system will also go live.
